My ladyfingers keep coming out with an eggy taste and smell. What could be causing this and how can I eliminate it?

- @Divina & @Daydreamer Desserts: It was an overwhelming challenge. Was wondering if I was ever going to finish, but like you mentioned, it was very rewarding and the outcome turned out delicious! :)

beautiful savoiardi, I bet those are tender in the middle, like the soft biscuits à la cuillère and certainly nothing better than homemade ones! one day, I might try making them when making tiramisù!
