Breakfast or Brunch - The Bouchon French Toast

The Bouchon French Toast.

A stacked bread pudding style that is almost too perfect and beautiful to eat. Custard and apples with warm layers of brioche, drizzled with maple syrup and ever-so-lightly dusted with powdered sugar.

Elegantly plated and served for breakfast or brunch, this version of Bouchon’s French toast is most certainly for those with a sweet tooth. Yes, it’s deliciously sweet and can easily be shared with another person.

Already the first week of Autumn is behind us. I’m looking forward to comfort food fare – how about you?

You are right that it looks to pretty to eat. I don’t think i would have to share it, I could eat the whole thing! Wish I had a Bouchon closer! Gorgeous photo!!
