The following are some Frequently Asked Questions regarding Advertising/Advertising space, Giveaways, Guest Posts and Product Reviews.
Advertising, Banner and Link Exchanges
The Teenie Cakes site is currently an advertisement/banner-free site. No third-party advertisements, banners or link exchanges.
Giveaways
I have had one fantastic giveaway for the California Fig Advisory Board, but generally do not have giveaways.
I do not encourage or support giveaways on the Teenie Cakes site to solicit Twitter Followers, Facebook Likes or other Social Media followings.
Guest Posting
Balancing both personal and professional commitments, I am not able to guest post on other sites/blogs at this time or feature guest posts.
Book and Product Reviews
I occasionally write both book and product reviews, whether or not a publisher or company sends items for review.
Please take a couple of minutes to browse the Teenie Cakes journal to get a feel for what type of culinary interests are featured on this site. I am open to review items that fit into my lifestyle of trying to eat more healthier, less instant/processed food items and products that relate to my culinary journal.
- Book Reviews: If it is a cookbook, I will select and test several recipes from the book’s recipe collection. If the cookbook entails methods, techniques or cuisine that I’m not familiar with, I conduct both pre and post research before trying recipes and may test the recipe multiple times. I’ll happily write a review and share with my readers about those books that I feel are genuine, quality reads and would be a fine addition to a person’s library collection.
- Product Reviews: I do use, test and assess the product. If the product is something I would be proud to share with my loved ones and treasured readers, I will write about it.
