On our last day in Las Vegas I finally arrived to an open Bouchon Bakery at the Venetian Hotel & Casino. I ordered one of each flavor (mocha, vanilla, lemon and strawberry). They were much larger than I had anticipated. The outside of the macaron was absolutely perfect…crispy, delicate and eggshell fragileness, but tenderly chewy when bitten. [...]
