We’re layering healthy ingredients in this parfait with low fat vanilla yogurt, spiced pumpkin butter and pumpkin pecan granola. It’s a welcoming parfait for the season but can really be enjoyed any time of the year.
Pumpkin Vanilla Yogurt Parfaits with Pumpkin Pecan Granola

Ingredients

low fat vanilla yogurt (can also use plain or Greek yogurt)

spiced pumpkin butter click for recipe

pumpkin pecan granola click for recipe

Directions

Layer the yogurt and pumpkin butter and top off with granola. Make ahead and add granola last to avoid sogginess. Keep refrigerated.
