Pumpkin Vanilla Yogurt Parfaits with Pumpkin Pecan Granola
Ingredients
low fat vanilla yogurt (can also use plain or Greek yogurt)
spiced pumpkin butter click for recipe
pumpkin pecan granola click for recipe
Directions
Layer the yogurt and pumpkin butter and top off with granola. Make ahead and add granola last to avoid sogginess. Keep refrigerated.
