Many of my favorite sources for recipes and inspiration are from publications of other regions/countries like the Mediterranea, Australia and New Zealand, for example. I’m gathering resources through this kitchen notes section with regard to ingredient substitutions, measurements, and conversions. These are references a click away, lessening the need to jump around a myriad of sources from a personal bookshelf library and the internet!
